Duration: 6 weeks (12 sessions total, 60-90 mins each)
Format: Live online sessions + async challenges (e.g., via Enlightenthemyoung.com portal for videos/homework).
Objectives: Equip teens with soft skills to lead confidently and AI literacy to innovate ethically. 
Structure: Alternate/blend layers weekly, ending with a showcase where teens present AI-powered projects.
Assessment: Fun quizzes, peer feedback, and a confidence journal to track growth.
Incentives: Certificates, swag (e.g., ETY AI toolkits), and potential mentor shoutouts on our site.
